The media keeps us informed, with good and bad news. I think that this depends on the way you want to see it. Because there are people that are influenced by media. However, the media has an influence on people, because we are filled with negative news such as crime, accidents, and all sorts of problems as political, familial, and economic.
Maybe this affects the values of citizens; therefore there is less solidarity, honesty, respect, love. People tend to live this way.
